Born in Burano on 21 February 1961. At 9, in summer, he followed his father to a glass factory in Murano; at 11 he entered the world of glass for good.
His first master was Rodolfo Morucchio, known as «scaeta». He then trained at Schiavon, Ferro & Lazzarini, briefly with Livio Seguso and finally at Ars Murano, where he is a master today. He lives in Eraclea Mare.
